Delivering an extradosed cable-stayed traffic bridge marks a first for Australia. Combined with constrained transit conditions, a historically significant location, and a live traffic bridge bisecting the site, this extraordinary project is truly unique on the world stage.

Join us for this session where the presentation will guide us through what it takes to deliver such a complex and bespoke project, including an in-depth exploration of how Modern Methods of Construction and the application of Design for Manufacture and Assembly have been deployed to support outstanding safety and quality outcomes. Nicholas Meredith - Major Projects Director at WSP

Commencing his engineering journey on the Channel Tunnel Rail Link in the UK, his career has since taken him around the world including Russia, UAE and Kazakhstan and now Australia. Working in this range of locations Nicholas has applied his engineering expertise to civil infrastructure, oil and gas and mining projects. He was the Technical Leader on both the Morely to Ellenbrook Line rail project and until recently on Fremantle Bridge Alliance. He is now a Major Projects Director at WSP
