    • Rorisang Sojane
    Rorisang Sojane is an urban management and precinct development specialist with extensive experience in City Improvement Districts (CIDs) and collaborative urban governance. He holds degrees in Urban and Regional Planning and a master’s degree in Urban Management Rorisang previously worked at Excellerate Property Services, where he was involved in managing and establishing City Improvement Districts across Gauteng Province on behalf of property owners. He also served as a board member of the Gauteng Precinct Management Association (GPMA), contributing to industry-wide collaboration and advancing precinct management practices. He currently serves as the CID Manager for the Lower Gardens City Improvement District in Cape Town and serves on the South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA).
