Summary
This session will explore how businesses can anticipate risk, adapt to change and build resilience in a complex and uncertain environment.This session will be led by Dr. Tim Whitehill Hon. Research Fellow at LJMU, Faculty of Society & Culture, BSc MBA DBA MIO & Co-CEO Save Construction Initiative.
Dr Tim Whitehill co-authored the report "The Organisational Resilience of the UK Construction Industry" published by Constructing Excellence in 2018 - the issues highlighted remain relevant today.
As a Research Fellow at LJMU, Tim is recognised for his work on organisational resilience within construction sector firms. Tim will consider how firms can address these challenges through effective business management.
This event is joint with CIOB and Save Construction Intitiave and open to all, but a great opportunity for Chartered Company Members to come together, network, and find out how to maintain sucess in a volatile market and future proof your business.
