    Summary

    Join Caddick for an exclusive Stone Yard site visit exploring Digbeth’s major regeneration delivering 1,000 new homes.

    Designed to create a thriving and inclusive community, the development will feature a mix of commercial spaces, landscaped public realm, and strong connections to Digbeth’s cultural and creative attractions. Managed and operated by Moda, the scheme will place a strong emphasis on service, technology, and health and wellbeing, helping to create a professionally managed and connected community in the heart of Birmingham.

    Phase 1 comprises the construction of four buildings - Blocks C, D, E and F - delivering 605 residential units alongside associated amenity spaces, basement car parking (70 spaces), commercial shell units, office space, and public realm works, including a landscaped courtyard podium above the car park.

    Block Massing

    • Block C – Lower Ground, Upper Ground and Levels 1–9, comprising 126 apartments
    • Block D – Lower Ground, Upper Ground and Levels 1–29, comprising 268 apartments
    • Block E – Lower Ground, Upper Ground and Levels 1–7, comprising 108 apartments
    • Block F – Lower Ground, Upper Ground and Levels 1–5, comprising 103 apartments

    PPE: Attendees are required to bring their own PPE. Please do not book unless you have your own hard hat, safety boots, high vis vest/jacket, glasses and gloves.

    Free for CIOB Members. £25 for non-members.
