Richard Smith, Carbon Measurement and Reduction Specialist at Auditel
As a BSI Associate Consultant and NQA Partner Consultant, Richard is qualified in the GHG Protocol Accounting & Reporting Standard, ISO 14064-1 and ISO 14068 standards. Richard has worked on carbon footprints and carbon reduction plans for organisations in a variety of sectors. He now focuses predominantly on the built environment sector, helping infrastructure and construction clients to achieve PAS 2080 compliance.
With a BSc in International Business and Languages and a Master’s Degree In Business Administration, combined with 30 years at Director level, Richard is passionate about helping organisations to reduce their Greenhouse Gas emissions in order to meet the UK’s Net-Zero targets.

Bhalin Ramabhadran, Carbon and Net Zero Consultant at Auditel
Bhalin is a Carbon & Net Zero Consultant at Auditel, helping organisations measure, reduce and verify their carbon emissions. Among the first professionals in the UK to gain an ISEP-accredited carbon accounting qualification, he works primarily with businesses in the construction, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors, supporting them to develop credible carbon footprints, science-based reduction plans and practical implementation strategies that help reduce costs and prepare organisations for growing customer, procurement and regulatory requirements.
With over 15 years of experience leading complex business transformation programmes before moving into sustainability, Bhalin combines commercial, operational and technical expertise to help organisations make the Net Zero journey practical and commercially viable.

Camilla ter Harr, Barrister at 39 Essex Chambers
Camilla specialises in both domestic and international dispute resolution, with a spanning commercial, construction disputes and public inquiry work. Her expertise encompasses complex construction and infrastructure matters, where she brings insights from being a co-author of Remedies in Construction Law (Routledge, 3rd Edition, 2025).
As co-editor of The Law of Net Zero and Nature Positive (London Publishing Partnership, 2025), she demonstrates her experience in emerging areas of law and environmental regulation. Whether acting as sole counsel or collaborating with a larger team, Camilla combines exceptional analytical skills with commercial awareness to achieve optimal outcomes for her clients. Her ability to work efficiently with instructing solicitors and adapt to complex, multi-party disputes has made her adept at handling challenging cases requiring strategic insight and technical expertise.
