Summary

Take a behind-the-scenes look at a major logistics and construction project.

Join CIOB for a site visit to Marks & Spencer's new £340 million automated National Distribution Centre in Northamptonshire. This 1.3 million sq ft development, the largest supply chain investment in the company's history, will showcase advanced automation, sustainable design and large-scale logistics construction. With a target of BREEAM Outstanding and capacity to support over 1,000 jobs, it is one of the UK's most significant distribution projects currently under construction.

  • 10.30am site tour with Q and A
  • 12pm event concludes

PPE required : Attendees must bring their own steel toe capped boots, Hi-Viz vests and hard hats. Please do not book unless you have the required PPE.

Ticket Price: Free for CIOB Members (optional suggested £5 donation to Assist - please see below) & £25 Non-Members.
