In-Person Event | A workshop designed to give an overview of what Fellowship is and what it representsTraining LMS are the 1st CIOB Accredited training company in Middle East and are our proud hosts for this session on behalf of CIOB.
Workshop Overview:
Fellowship is the highest award offered by The CIOB, and Fellows are amongst the most experienced and knowledgeable professionals in the construction industry, recognised globally for their skills and achievements by demonstrating exceptional leadership, strategic impact, and contribution to the built environment. It is aimed at senior professionals who demonstrate influence beyond their organisation and a commitment to advancing the industry or society.
The application process involves candidates submitting a reflective account describing a major leadership initiative that demonstrates strategic thinking, professional ethics, and measurable impact. If the written submission meets the required standard, applicants then attend an online professional discussion in the form of a structured interview with CIOB assessors exploring leadership approach, influence, and outcomes.
This can be a difficult and challenging process, however, Training LMS have dedicated mentors with high levels of strategic industry experience who lead and guide you through the entire process to ensure a successful outcome in a structured, efficient and enjoyable way.
This workshop will give an overview of the process, discuss the competency standards required for Fellowship, and advise on how to develop a suitable initiative for the application.
There will also be a question-and-answer session, along with the opportunity for a 1-2-1 session with Training LMS’s Senior Fellowship Mentor, Jonathan Payne FCIOB and Managing Director of Training LMS Roger Gillespie present during the morning too.
