CIOB Tomorrow’s Leaders and G4C Constructing Excellence North West are collaborating to deliver a one of a kind event aimed at young professionals, graduates, students and people new to the construction industry. With support from the University of Lancashire and our sponsors, we are looking to deliver an event which flips the attendee’s perspective about networking. The “Master your Networking Game” CPD event represents the adventure of growing their personal brand by overcoming obstacles and utilising the correct techniques to get ahead of the game.

Paul Corke from ‘10eighty’ will be delivering the sessions. Paul is a dynamic speaker who inspires audiences with powerful insights on mindset, leadership, and personal transformation. He will help you to build confidence and competence in your self-awareness, communication and networking skills exploring a range of tools, styles and models to help with your self-development.

This years session will focus on 'Reframing your Mindset and Creating Presence’, using the

the 5Ps networking model to enhance communication techniques and refining personal branding, with the aim to form relationships that can lead to career growth and opportunities.

By the end of the event, participants will leave with a toolkit of effective networking strategies and a network of like-minded peers, ready to navigate the complexities of the modern professional landscape with confidence and poise.
