Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) are changing the way construction projects are planned and delivered. They offer new ways to improve productivity, quality, safety and project delivery while supporting more sustainable construction.

In this webinar, industry experts from Australia and Singapore will share their experience of using off-site construction, including prefabrication, modular construction and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA). They will discuss the benefits of these approaches, share practical project examples, and explain the challenges that can affect successful delivery, including planning, procurement, logistics, regulation and collaboration.

This session will provide practical insights to help you better understand how off-site construction can support successful projects in different markets.

Leads Robin Village Development (RVD), Tiong Seng Group's precast and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) business. He is responsible for advancing the Group's prefabrication, modular construction and sustainable building solutions, as well as developing strategic opportunities in Singapore and overseas.
