Summary

This webinar will explore the opportunities and challenges of off-site construction in Australia.

Please note: this event is for over 18’s only.
Australia is facing a significant housing shortage, while traditional construction methods continue to face challenges in delivering projects quickly, efficiently and at scale. Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), including prefabrication and modular construction, are increasingly recognised as a practical solution.

Drawing on over a decade of experience delivering factory-built housing in Australia, this webinar will explore the opportunities and challenges of off-site construction. The session will examine its potential to improve productivity, quality, cost certainty and sustainability, while also addressing the regulatory, commercial and logistical barriers to wider adoption. It will conclude with practical insights into how industry and government can work together to accelerate the use of MMC and support the future of housing delivery in Australia.

This learning activity can contribute to your annual CPD return and should be logged accordingly.
