Summary

Join us for this CPD where we will will share their insights into sustainable design strategies, low-carbon construction technologies

Against the backdrop of the stock development era, the traditional model of large-scale demolition and reconstruction is no longer sustainable. There is an urgent need for us to explore a systematic renewal path guided by the principle of low intervention, oriented toward high resilience, and targeted at long-term operability.

This Seminar will be held in a combined format of keynote speeches, in-depth case analyses and interactive discussions. Guest speakers will share their insights into sustainable design strategies, low-carbon construction technologies, smart operation management and community integration practices applied in industrial heritage renovation. They will also explore how cross-disciplinary collaboration can minimize interventions to the original structures and environments, while maximizing the spatial resilience, functional value and long-term operational capacity of these sites, thereby fostering an economically viable, socially inclusive and environmentally friendly renewal ecosystem.

Please note: this event is for over 18’s only.
