Join CIOB and Autodiscovery for this global webinar all about AI and robotics and how they are tools for the future of construction.Please note: this event is for over 18’s only.
This webinar will explore the growing role of AI, robotics and automation within the construction industry. The session will examine how emerging technologies are expected to transform project planning, design, construction processes, and site management, with a focus on improving productivity, safety, quality, and sustainability. Current applications and future developments will be discussed to demonstrate how AI-driven tools and robotic systems can help construction professionals address industry challenges and deliver more efficient projects.

Speaker
Nicola Musgrove – Business Development Manager at Autodiscovery
Nicola specialises in robotics applications, industrial engagement, and developing innovation clusters. She is an experienced innovation and programme specialist with a strong track record in developing high‑growth technology communities and supporting early‑stage commercialisation of ground-breaking research.
As ESA BIC Manager at Harwell, she played a formative role in building the early UK space cluster, delivering incubatee support, ecosystem‑wide events (including designing and delivering the first Space Launchpad competition and support programme), and initiatives that strengthened the emerging space community. She later advanced national innovation activity through senior roles at Anchored In and now as Founder of NetKind Consultants, where she provides strategic funding, commercialisation, and ecosystem‑development support to academia, industry, and government.

The webinar will be held using MS Teams. Before the session, you will receive an email from Eventbrite containing a link to complete your registration on Teams. After registering with Teams, you will receive the link for joining the webinar.
