About the Project

The project combines the retention of an existing historic façade with a contemporary structure and full internal fit out, creating a high-quality hospitality destination within a dense, heritage setting.

Works are planned and sequenced for a constrained city-centre site, maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and stakeholder coordination. The retained façade and archaeological requirements inform methodology, temporary works and logistics. The envelope and roof systems are designed to meet modern performance benchmarks while respecting the historic streetscape.

This visit offers a valuable opportunity to see a large‑scale infrastructure project in progress and to hear directly from those delivering it!

PPE Requirements

All attendees must bring and wear appropriate PPE, including:

• Safety boots
• Hard hat
• Safety glasses
• Gloves
• High-visibility vest or jacket

Access to the site will not be permitted without the required PPE
