Letter to DECC on amendments to the Energy Company Obligation (ECO)

Summary

CIOB issued a letter to the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) on the Energy Company Obligation (ECO): Updates to the Electricity and Gas (Energy Companies Obligation) Order 2012 consultation which ran from 24 July 2013 to 16 September 2013.

The CIOB letter can be accessed below which focuses on restrictions  in access to work for chartered professionals. DECC’s outcome can also be viewed and was published on 3 February 2014.
