Experienced Practitioner Pathway
We know that many people join the construction industry without a degree level qualification, so we have created a tailored pathway to support those members to achieve Chartership. Through this pathway, we will support you through two steps to achieve Chartered Membership. First, you will have help to complete your Chartered Membership Programme (CMP) and then the Chartered membership assessment/exam (Professional Review).

Qualified & Experienced Practitioner Pathway - N/SVQ Pathway
This pathway was created to streamline the process for members who are ready to achieve Chartered Membership. You could progress through this pathway and be Chartered in three months.
To be ready for Chartership, we have some minimum requirements to ensure applicants have the skills and experience needed to pass. For this pathway, members need an S/NVQ 7 (or equivalent qualification) and five years of construction management experience. You can then progress directly to your Chartered membership assessment/exam (Professional Review).
