New Site Supervisor Syllabus 2020

In line with the requirements of our regulators, Ofqual, we have reviewed our qualifications specifications. The Level 3 Certificate in Supervising Construction Works to Existing Buildings and Structures (2 units) is no longer available and has been removed from qualifications registers. The Level 3 Diploma in Site Supervisory Studies required a light touch review of the content, looking at the learning outcomes and assessment criteria in comparison to that of the level 4 qualification. The duration of the qualification remains the same as the old 2015 syllabus, but the main changes are that the personal study hours and the total qualifications time have been increased to reflect the content, so therefore the credit has been increased to reflect this. The 2015 syllabus must now have no further registrations to be taken as of 31st March 2021, and the certification end date is set for 31 December 2022.
