It is vital to bridge the gap between technical experts and non-technical audiences, building public trust, value and understanding. Collaboration across institutions and disciplines results in raising standards, knowledge sharing and innovation.

Delegates will hear from keynote speaker ICE President, David Porter, whose leadership at ICE is defined by a focus on collaboration, communication, and public trust.

Delegates will also learn about a new strategic combined authority initiative to improve major infrastructure delivery, as well as hear case studies from projects in the region which, without collaboration, would simply not be possible.
