Session 1: Building Safety Competence and Capability - what's the difference?
Join us for an in-depth session exploring how current regulations define competence and capability, what the recognised frameworks require, and who these obligations affect. We will examine how organisations and individuals can interpret their duties, assess and maintain their competence, and confidently demonstrate capability in practice. The session will also consider the wider benefits for both organisations and individuals, alongside reflections on current guidance and emerging best practice.
