Join this introductory webinar to understand how the Professional Development Programme (PDP) provides a structured pathway to Chartership with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).

We'll explain the role of CIOB, the value of becoming Chartered, and how the PDP supports your professional development from graduate level through to MCIOB. You'll learn about the six competency units, the types of evidence required for your portfolio, the support available from assessors and employers, and what happens during the final assessment. We'll also cover eligibility requirements, membership registration, expected timescales, and practical tips for getting started.
