Katherine Doran

Katherine is a specialist construction lawyer in the Projects, Infrastructure at Construction team at TLT, based in Glasgow.

Katherine has extensive experience advising on construction projects across the UK and internationally, including Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South and Central America. She specialises in project advice, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution, and regularly acts in adjudications, arbitrations, litigation and mediation.

She is regularly instructed on a range of matters, including infrastructure, roads and bridges, ports and terminals, hydro electric, solar, onshore and offshore wind, BESS, energy from waste and process plants. At an early stage in her career, Katherin spent time on site on international projects, providing strategic advice and claims support, and working with local lawyers to bring and defend claims in local courts and using ADR.
