CIOB Tomorrow’s Leaders and G4C Constructing Excellence Yorkshire & Humber are joining forces to host an engaging CPD event designed for students, graduates, apprentices, early career professionals, and anyone looking to strengthen their place within the construction industry. Supported by Leeds College of Building and our event sponsors, this session challenges traditional approaches to networking and focuses on helping attendees build meaningful professional connections with confidence.

The "Master Your Networking Game" CPD event is centred around developing your personal brand, increasing self-confidence, and learning practical networking techniques that can support long-term career success. Through interactive discussions and real-world insights, attendees will discover how to make lasting impressions and unlock new opportunities.

Paul Corke from 10Eighty will be delivering the sessions. Paul is a dynamic speaker who inspires audiences with powerful insights on mindset, leadership, and personal transformation. He will help you to build confidence and competence in your self-awareness, communication and networking skills exploring a range of tools, styles and models to help with your self-development.

This session will explore "Reframing Your Mindset and Creating Presence", introducing the 5Ps networking model as a practical framework for strengthening communication skills, enhancing personal presence, and refining professional branding. Attendees will gain valuable techniques for building authentic relationships that can support future career development and progression.

By the end of the event, participants will have a practical toolkit of networking strategies, increased confidence in professional situations, and the opportunity to connect with like-minded peers from across the industry.
