During the visit, attendees will hear from key project representatives and explore the site to learn about:

• Infrastructure and sustainability considerations
• Community creation and place-making principles
• Future development phases and opportunities

About Welborne Garden Village

Welborne Garden Village is a major new community being developed north of Fareham, Hampshire. Designed around garden village principles, the development will create high-quality homes, employment space, schools, community facilities and extensive green infrastructure, supporting a sustainable and thriving new community.
