CIOB Student Festival
First established in 2021, the CIOB Student Festival is a virtual event dedicated to inspiring, informing and celebrating our student members.
What is the CIOB Student Festival?
The CIOB Student Festival is a two-day student event in one virtual space for all CIOB student members from across the globe. The purpose is to inspire, inform and celebrate our student members.
First established in 2021, the CIOB Student Festival will continue to feature in the CIOB’s calendar of annual events. Student members can expect to take away meaningful messages from a diverse community of CIOB membership bodies globally at varying points of the career spectrum. This will allow student members to benefit from technical and practical insights, professional points of views and personal wisdom for future careers otherwise not accessible in one space.
The festival is themed with headliners including:
- Industry leaders – thoughts, opinions and wisdom from leaders in the sector
- Global Careers – spotlight on career perspectives from global organisations in all areas of construction
- Learning Essentials – student takeaways from discovering dissertation tips, to LinkedIn essentials to landing your next job
- Tomorrow’s Leaders –hear from our early career and future leaders. Staying motivated and staying involved in CIOB
- Student Well-being – keep above board, looking after number one
- Networking – make new professional contacts, build likeminded connections from across the globe and get ahead.
When is it?
The Student Festival 2022 will run on 9 and 10 March 2022, 10.00-15.00 GMT.
