Please note: this event is for over 18’s only.

Join us for the inaugural Chartered Companies & Client Forum. Celebrate your organisation becoming Chartered, followed by an afternoon of client-focused panel discussions and valuable networking opportunities, as we come together to recognise excellence.

Who’s attending:

A mix of Chartered Construction companies, clients, and industry leaders.

What to expect:

Exclusive to Chartered Companies, we will be hosting a Certificate Presentation Ceremony by CIOB Director of Membership, Ruth Kennedy-Green before a networking lunch. The afternoon will include a Keynote Address from Mark Robinson, Group CEO, Scape and Co-Chair of Construction Leadership Council’s Building & Places workstream. Following this will be two expert panel discussions:

  • How can clients and contractors work more effectively together?

Chaired by Paul Chandler, Managing Director, Longwalk Consulting, CIOB Client Steering Group and Client Champion

  • Bringing value with Digital and Data

Chaired by Dave Philp, Director, Bentley Systems & CIOB Innovation Advisory Panel Chair

There will be plenty of networking opportunities over lunch and post-event. As a valued CIOB Company Member, we are delighted to offer you a complimentary place at this event.

  • By Rail - Reading Station is on the main train line from the southwest to Paddington and the final stop on the Elizabeth Line. Reading Town Hall is a 2 minutes' walk from Reading Train Station
  • By Air - 25 miles from T5 Heathriow Airport. Links to Reading via Elizabeth Line or Heathrow Rail Air Coaches
  • By Road - Reading J11 of M4. There is no parking at the venue, however parking is available at nearby Reading Station or The Oracle Shopping Centre.
