An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join us as a Member Services and Events Coordinator, where you will be the main point of contact for our members in Cambridge and Norwich.As a Member Services and Events Coordinator you will provide an outstanding level of customer service, support and advice to both members and potential members in your local hubs, ensuring that the goals and objectives of the CIOB are delivered. It will be your responsibility to organise and publish a varied programme of local events including networking, CPD, and a variety of workshops.We’re looking for a highly organised individual who has demonstrable administrative experience and who is both engaging and capable of communicating clearly and effectively at all levels. You will have knowledge of organising and reviewing successful events, be confident in providing the highest possible level of customer service and have a genuine passion for networking and building strong mutually beneficial relationships.You will possess strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and social media and be able to learn new in-house systems quickly. With good organisational skills, you will have experience of managing your own workload and organising meetings and taking minutes.This is a really flexible home based role, although it is important that you are willing to travel and work flexible hours to meet the organisations’ needs.No two days will be the same in this exciting position, so if you thrive in an ever changing environment and love to get your teeth into a real challenge then this could be just the role for you!In return, we can offer you a fantastic range of benefits which include an excellent private medical insurance scheme and contributions to a group personal pension plan.
