About the Role

As our Member Services and Events Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for our members in Hong Kong and provide excellent service, support and advice at a local level. You will be a first point of contact to people interested in joining CIOB and will encourage membership. 
The Member Services and Events Coordinator will also support the Regional Manager with business development, by conducting desk research and helping to prepare presentation materials. You will also provide administrative support, such as maintaining and updating working documents, preparing meeting agenda and minutes, office administration and following finance processes.

About You

We’re looking for a highly organised individual who has demonstrable inter-personal skills, you will have experience of prioritising various administrative and operational tasks and working to agreed deadlines. 
Capable of communicating effectively and confidently at all levels, you will have the ability to provide the highest possible level of customer service and be able to conduct research and propose ideas. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and social media are prerequisite, as is the ability to learn new in-house systems quickly.

Although this role is flexible home/office based, you will need to be willing to work flexible hours to meet the organisations’ needs.
