David Parry

David has recently joined the Chartered Institute of Buildings as a Public Affairs Officer, assisting the Policy Team in their work building and maintaining a position of influence within the UK Government. He will also be working to establish relationships with key stakeholders and influencers to promote the CIOB and its profile within Parliament.

Politics is something that David am extremely passionate about, having completed an undergraduate and postgraduate degree in international politics at the University of Portsmouth and University of Surrey. After this he worked for nearly three years as an Account Manager for a bespoke public affairs and communications company. During my time in this role, David was fortunate enough to work alongside some of the UK’s largest housing developers on successful development projects across England.
