About the Role

Due to an internal transfer, we are now looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to provide an efficient and professional front of house service to our Head Quarters in Bracknell. The role also requires administration support to the Head of Technical Practice and the Governance team.

Your morning will be spent as our Receptionist; answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls and dealing with any queries on the phone or at the desk accordingly. You will greet and welcome guests on arrival, work with colleagues to ensure visitors are introduced or directed to the appropriate person or meeting room and ensure the reception area is presentable and tidy at all times. You will also act as first line contact with Building Reception and Security and co-ordinate the use of couriers for office and hub staff.

Your afternoon will be spent providing administration support to the Head of Technical Practice and the Governance team; arranging travel and accommodation, updating calendars and scheduling meetings along with arranging and administering faculty suppliers. You will also administer expenses, purchase orders and invoices for the team as requested and complete project administration linked to key projects within the team.

What we’re looking for… 

We’re looking for a confident and detail orientated individual who has the ability to take initiative, be resourceful and take a pro-active approach to their work. We’ll need you to be IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, and have demonstrable professional telephone skills for both incoming and outgoing calls. With excellent organisational and communication skills, you will have the ability to learn new skills, be flexible and be willing to perform a variety of tasks. Experience in a front of house / reception environment or a similar administration role is desirable. A background in a customer facing environment would be an advantage.
