About the Role

We’re looking for an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Project Officer to support the work of the Head of EDI to develop the CIOB’s work on equality, diversity and inclusion matters on a global scale, championing best practice, driving positive cultural change and aiming to make the CIOB and the wider built environment sector more inclusive.  

Working across the business to set and implement our ambition in this area, the EDI Project Officer will help to ensure that equality, diversity and inclusion are an integral part of everything we do.

 

About You

You will be responsible for implementing and managing initiatives aimed at promoting diversity, equality and inclusion within our client’s organisation. This includes support for developing strategies to address and mitigate biases, promoting a culture of inclusion, and ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported. You will work closely with all levels of the organisation, including key stakeholders, to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to foster a more diverse and inclusive workplace. Additionally, you will serve as a resource for employees, providing training and guidance on topics related to diversity and inclusion.
