About the Role
The Publications Executive leads on ensuring successful implementation and management of CIOB print, the production and electronic technical assets, codes of practice, guidance papers, publications programme management/deliverables, professional development resources and research. Working in the Knowledge Hub team, you will ensure and maintain an excellent level of support and coordination between all stakeholders including, but not limited to, committees, publishers, suppliers, and colleagues.
About you
We are looking for a manager with a degree-level qualification, preferably in a related discipline, along with previous experience in publications programme management and production.
With strong written and verbal communication skills, you will have a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and previous experience of proofreading complex documents.
Excellent proof-reading IT and systems skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher will also be required, as would the use of databases to conduct searches and research. A thorough induction programme, support and training will be given.
Travel between offices and other locations is required as meetings are not always held in Bracknell or London offices.
