About the Role

We’re looking for a Qualifications Administrator to join our Academy team and play a key role in the ongoing development of our Academy offering. 

Our Training Administrator will be responsible for administering all matters relating to the teaching and learning activities of designated qualifications, ensuring effective procedures are documented and adopted for dealing with enquiries, applications, registrations, inductions and much more. 

They will be instrumental in ensuring the achievement of high-quality and timely delivery to delegates, tutors, and staff.


About You

To be successful in this role you will bring knowledge and understanding of Qfqual regulated qualifications, their administrative systems and processes. Preferably, your previous administrative experience will be from a higher or further education or a teaching and learning environment, and you will bring excellent customer service skills and the proven ability to deal effectively with student and customer enquiries.
