Summary

In this webinar James Bosworth will provide insight into the Building Safety Act and how this impacts Non-High-Risk Building.

The Building Safety Act 2022 received Royal Assent on 28 April 2022, making ground-breaking reforms to give residents and homeowners more rights, powers, and protections – so homes across the country are safer. The legislation is intended to improve the design, construction and management of higher-risk buildings but how does this impact buildings classed as non-high-risk. In this Webinar, James Bosworth will discuss the intent of the Building Safety Act and how this will impact non-high-risk buildings.
