Following the launch of CIOB Aspire, our new initiative aimed at supporting and inspiring individuals to take their first steps into the construction industry, we are delighted to introduce this new company focused webinar.

Join us for this insightful session were we will explore the role that companies have to play in supporting future talent to enter and remain within the industry. We will share helpful tools and information on ways in which companies can play their part, which could include opening their sites or offices to highlight what careers are available in the sector, offering individuals the chance to take part in work experience either in person or virtually, or it may be delivering apprenticeship opportunities.

We are delighted to be joined by representatives from CITB, the Careers and Enterprise Company, Build UK, SpringPod and the CIOB as they guide you through some of the opportunities and tools available through their respective organisations.
