The Chartered Institute of Building in collaboration with Sanderson Weatherall, DVC Roofing Alumasc Roofing Systems, is pleased to invite you to an exclusive site visit showcasing the installation of the Derbigum Olivine sustainable roofing system at Green Gates Primary School, Redcar.

This is a unique opportunity to observe firsthand how this innovative roofing solution contributes to carbon reduction and supports environmentally responsible construction practices.

Derbigum Olivine is a pioneering bituminous roofing membrane enhanced with olivine granules that actively reduce atmospheric CO₂. This system offers a long-term, durable waterproofing solution while contributing to the circular economy and net-zero construction goals.

Full PPE is required - Hat, Hi-Vis Jacket, Glasses, Gloves and Boots.
