Summary
Ireland’s First Zero Carbon City.Join us for a CIOB site visit of the Waterford City Public Infrastructure Project kindly facilitated by BAM Ireland.
The North Quays in Waterford has been identified as a Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) and the package currently under construction will enable further development investment. There are 3 main elements to the WCPIP which as follows:
- Sustainable Transport Bridge
- Public Transport Hub
- Multi-Modal Access Infrastructure

All attendees must bring their own PPE gear to include hard hat, hi-vis jacket, boots, gloves and plastic glasses.
