Amritha Basanth Prasobh, Director - Kshema Power
Amritha is an accomplished professional with excellent track record in renewable energy infrastructure development. Amritha is currently focusing on global expansion of Kshema’s wind energy portfolio and oversees the Middle East region.

Recognized for her leadership, she was selected for the Women in Wind Global Leadership Program 2022 and received the "Exceptional Women of Excellence Award 2019" from The Women Economic Forum.

Amritha is a renowned motivational and technical speaker at prestigious events including The World Education Summit and Women Economic Forum.

Amritha has a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the University of Calicut and a Master's degree in Nanomedical Sciences from Amrita University.

Ranjith Nair, BoD - Kshema Power

Ranjith is a renowned leader in the Renewable Energy Sector, boasting over three decades of experience. Starting at Atlas Copco, he honed his sales skills before diving into techno-commercial engineering at Deutsche Babcock Borsig. His journey included pivotal roles at Siemens and Skoda Power, where he excelled in global sales and business development, particularly in power generation. At ENGIE, he spearheaded investments exceeding Euro 2 billion in renewable energy projects.

Transitioning to Sterlite Power as Chief Business Officer for EPC Division, Ranjith showcased his proficiency in P&L management and project execution.

Now as Director at Enaura Ventures, he leads global expansion efforts in the UK and the Middle East. With a background from top-rated institutions like Delhi College of Engineering and Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Ranjith combines technical prowess with strategic acumen.
