Summary

Join us for this site visit to A63 Castle Street which is undergoing a £355 Million Improvement Scheme.

The A63 Castle Street works are a £355 million improvement scheme that will relieve congestion for 47,000 road users and improve access to the Port of Hull.

In this scheme a new junction will be created by lowering the level of the A63 at the Mytongate junction. Ferensway and Commercial Road will cross the A63 creating a split-level junction. Between Princes Dock Street and Market Place the eastbound carriageway will be widened to three lanes. A new bridge will be constructed over the A63 at Porter Street.
