The CIOB Northern Ireland Hub Committee are delighted to announce the 2024 Annual Dinner on Friday 24 May at the Hilton Hotel Belfast. The Annual Dinner remains the premier social networking opportunity in the Belfast Construction Industry Calendar with over 200 attendees enjoying an entertaining evening, fabulous food, wine, and good company. The evening is a night to remember, and we hope you can join us.

The Annual Dinner is taking place at the Hilton Belfast Hotel which is the perfect venue to host this prestigious dinner. Spectacularly located on the banks of the Lagan River, adjacent to Waterfront Hall and close to Belfast Lanyon Place Station.

The Dinner offers guests the opportunity to network with the leaders of the Northern Ireland construction sector, providing a unique opportunity for like-minded professionals to meet and entertain guests in a social setting.

Entertainment
We are delighted to welcome this year Paddy McDonnell, a Northern Irish comedian from West Belfast who started his career in 2011 and shortly after was supporting acts like Des Bishop and Ardal O’Hanlon. McDonnell has since played shows across the UK and Ireland. Paddy largely bases his comedy from tales of working as a taxi man to everyday tales of being a husband and father. To date, McDonnell has had five one man shows with his Dagger show being the highlight of the Belfast Belly Laugh’s Festival in 2015, selling out and getting a 5 star review.

Master of Ceremony
Acting as MC this year is John Campbell. John has been Economics & Business Editor at BBC Northern Ireland since 2014. He has also led BBC NI’s coverage of Brexit & the Protocol. He previously held a series of senior editorial roles in the BBC NI newsroom.

The Hub committee is delighted to support CIOB Assist at this year's prestigious Annual Dinner at the Hilton Hotel Belfast.
