Summary

Join us for an insightful event on the challenges and practical problems associated with retrofitting occupied homes!

This event aims to bring together industry experts and professionals to discuss the unique obstacles when implementing retrofits in residential properties whilst occupied.

Undertaking retrofit projects is a significant challenge for the social housing sector, which owns 4.4m properties across the UK, many of which are ageing housing stock and fully occupied. To meet the Governments legally binding 2030/35 targets, it is estimated that over 35% of these homes will require the installation of multiple energy efficiency measures causing a wave of activity not seen in a ‘life time’.

In this presentation we focus on the scale, pace and complexity of the retrofit challenge and the impact this will have on the sectors diverse customer base. It's a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced practitioners, share your own experiences, and network with others facing similar challenges. You will also gain valuable insights into best practices, innovative techniques, and strategies for successful retrofitting in occupied homes.
